Refund & Returns Policy

At Bandhini Homewear Design we pride ourselves on providing an exclusive range of  hand loomed products and a high level of service. Each item is uniquely hand crafted  and delightful in it imperfections. No two pieces are exact. Our fabrics are dyed with natural vegetable dyes, this can result in non-uniform colours and slight variations between dye lots. The fabrics are woven from natural fibres such as silk, cottons and rayon in a village industry in India.  Some items are delicately hand beaded and meant as feature items only.  These hand-worked methods can result in imperfections.

Typical of old-fashioned production methods, we believe these characteristics somehow make Bandhini fabrics more evocative and real. We do, however, ask you to choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund unless the item is faulty or as otherwise required by law. The goods must be returned within 7 days (international: 30 days) and Bandhini will repair the product or offer an exchange. Bandhini reserves the right to assess the condition, use and age of returned item.

Delivery Instructions and Time Frames

We use a freight company for Australian deliveries. If items are in stock and payment has cleared, delivery usually takes from 1 – 5 days throughout Australia.  Please advise if there are any special delivery instructions.
